Assistant de Bob Bradley à la tête de la sélection nationale des Etats-Unis et entraîneur des Moins de 23 ans américains, qualifiés pour les prochains Jeux Olympiques de Pékin, Peter Nowak a été reçu ce week-end par M. Jérôme de Bontin, Président de l’AS Monaco FC. « Cette visite s’inscrit dans le cadre des relations étroites que je souhaite nouer entre l’ASM FC et la Fédération américaine », a expliqué M. de Bontin, lui-même administrateur de la Fédération U.S. « L’objectif est d’intégrer, à court terme, des joueurs américains à la fois dans notre équipe professionnelle, mais aussi dans notre Centre de Formation. »

« De grands et beaux projets »
Accompagné par Marc Keller, le Directeur Général de l’ASM FC et Ricardo, l'entraîneur des Rouge et Blanc, Jérôme de Bontin a présenté les installations du stade Louis II à Peter Nowak. « L’AS Monaco FC est un grand club, riche de tradition et d’histoire glorieuse et je suis très optimiste pour l’avenir du club avec l’arrivée de M. de Bontin, qui a de grands et beaux projets », a souligné M. Nowak, ancien international polonais, qui a notamment évolué en Suisse et en Allemagne avant de diriger DC United, le club de Washington.


This weekend, Mr. Jerome de Bontin, President of AS Monaco Football Club, welcomed Mr. Peter Nowak, head coach of the the US' under 23 Olympic team and Bob Bradley's assistant with the US National Team.
"This meeting illustrates the close relationship I wish to establish between AS Monaco FC and the United States Soccer Federation and Major League Soccer", said Mr. de Bontin, who is a Member of the Executive Board of the USSF Foundation and an active member of the Technical Committee of the Federation. "One of our goals is to participate in the growth of US Soccer by  in parts integrating  US players in our professional team as well as in our Academy".
Together with Marc Keller, the General Director of AS Monaco FC and the head coach Ricardo, Mr. de Bontin toured the Louis II stadium facilities with Peter Nowak. "AS Monaco FC is a great club, enriched by its tradition and its glorious history and I am very optimistic for the club's future with the arrival of Mr. de Bontin who has exciting plans for the Club", said Mr. Nowak, a former captain of the Polish international team who played in Switzerland, Germany and in Chicago in the US, before joining DC United as head coach.
